Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

I learned something pretty amazing today. Fudge came up in conversation in the break room, as various foods typically do, and I was told that Fluff could be used to make it. I was very intrigued by this idea and decided to give it a try. I could have made a simple chocolate fudge, however I came across this chocolate peanut butter fudge recipe on Pinterest from Recipe Girl.  This recipe was so simple and quick, I had it in the fridge to set within 20 minutes. It was delicious!

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 1/4 cup sugar
One (7oz) jar of marshmallow creme
1 (5oz) can of evaporated milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions
Line an 8x8 pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour the peanut butter chips and semi-sweet chips in two separate heat safe bowls.
In a medium sauce pan, combine sugar, marshmallow creme, evaporated milk, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Continue to boil stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Quickly stir half of the mixture into the peanut butter chips until melted. Stir the other half into the semi-sweet bowl until melted.
Pour the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly in the bottom of the pan. Carefully pour the chocolate mixture over top of the peanut butter.
Let sit at room temperature or refrigerate until completely cool. Cut into small squares.
